Interview with Rico Tice

Rico Tice is everyone’s favourite evangelist! My mum loved him, and her good friend Yol would often take special trips to All Souls to hear him preach… I’ve spoken to a few people of my age as well recently who’ve really been blessed and encouraged by his talks. Rico is an associate minister for evangelism at All Souls Church, Langham Place, and is probably best known as the guy who presents the Christianity Explored course.

He seems like a very busy man, but had time for a quick interview… he kept calling me Bro which I liked… I just asked him two questions really… Why he’s at the Discipleship Explored event, and why he’s excited by the launch of the DVD and what’s happening in the future which is Christianity Explored related…

At the end Rico mentions A Passion for Life – this is a nationwide mission being planned and coordinated to happen at Easter 2010.

Interview with Barry Cooper

Here’s my first interview from the Discipleship Explored launch event.

I speak with author and presenter Barry Cooper about what Discipleship Explored is and why we should be using it… apologies for bad camera work, need some practise!

Driscoll interviews Chandler

Haven’t seen it all yet, but it’s gonna be good. Matt Chandler is the preacher outsider of my church that I listen to most at the moment, I’m regularly encouraged and convicted through his preaching – currently going through Luke.

Interview with Tim Chilvers

Tim Chilvers is associate minister at Christ Church Surbiton. Like me, he’s from an Anglican church, like me, he went to the Brighton New Frontiers conference, and like me he’s just been interviewed about his experiences of the conference by David Capener.

Good interview. Sounds like we both had a similar overwhelmingly positive experience there (with a few little niggles).

The Four Horseman of Evangelicalism

I love when Driscoll gives those little quips – he describes Billy Graham, John Stott, J.I. Packer and Francis Schaeffer as “The Four Horseman of Evangelicalism”. He says this in a 20 minute interview with Sydney Anglicans (Peter Jensen possibly). There’s also loads of great video content based around GAFCON.

Interview with me

Now quite why anyone would want to interview me I don’t know, frankly I am dull and unworthy of having my life or thoughts shared with anyone! But, a guy called David Capener (blogs at thebroadcast.org.uk), who is a New Frontierser from Norfolk is doing a series of interviews with non-NewFrontiersers about their experiences of New Frontiers. So there’s a little bit of background on who I am and some of my thoughts shared in light of attending the Brighton Conference. Check out the interview here.
