		<description><![CDATA[<p>I like girls. Especially my wife.</p>
<p>They can be great because they think differently to men. Although this can, it&#8217;s fair to say be a little frustrating at times. However, there are some girls out there who blog, and blog well. If you&#8217;re a woman it&#8217;s good to read them, they probably speak your language. If you&#8217;re a man, it&#8217;s good to read them too, seeing things differently can be a good discipline to mindless masculinity that sometimes blinds us.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>Last Friday saw the 4th annual Christian Web Awards, now called the &#8216;<a href="http://www.christianblogawards.com/awards.htm" target="_blank">Christian New Media Awards</a>&#8216;&#8230; I&#8217;d like to be able to report back on what happened, but sadly I was not invited back to defend my title&#8230; maybe they read my comments about having a Coptic Bishop there last time&#8230; or comments about this year&#8217;s host&#8230;</p>
<p>Oh well&#8230; what was more disappointing was that a number of good friends who were short-listed didn&#8217;t win&#8230; never mind. Anyway here are the winners for 2010:</p>

Entries are now open so why not nominate your site, or another&#8217;s to enter the awards. Last year was bigger and better than before&#8230; this year&#8217;s ceremony on the 15th October promises to raise the bar again as it showcases the best Christian websites in the UK! <p><em>Now in its fourth year, The Christian New Media Awards continue to grow. The awards now feature a new media section, to recognise a wider range of Christian achievements in technology, from iPhone applications to VJ to flash games.</em></p>
<p><em>As usual, we&#8217;ll be awarding winners with a range of prizes, including £1000 for Best Small Church Website.</em></p></blockquote>
