For an 'in house' conference it's a strength that the 'main speaker' is always an outsider. Joel Virgo is good. Amsterday church planter Sean Green also, and some of the 21-25 year olds I'm hearing preach in Exeter are coming on v.well. Equally Driscoll does have a habit of setting the bar pretty high! I'd be interested to hear other up coming leaders in New Frontiers speak - Joel Virgo is definitely a good communicator, but he's the only one I've heard. When I look at what I'm downloading from the conference it's not everything. Which is ok, but the bar needs to be raised a bit, whether by the existing guys or by using other people.
